Okay, what's the damage! Just kidding! The kids don't really eat the candy. Addison mostly likes chocolate and you know Carter. M&M's only, please. We had a great Halloween. This year we decided to go around our neighborhood since it was like 89 outside. It was awesome! Of course, I forgot a camera! So many of the house's were totally decked out with Halloween decorations. One house had a little spook ally that Carter and Chad went into. Carter liked that! What was great is a lot of people had there lawn chairs out and they sat in there driveways passing out candy. I thought that was wonderful because then you don't have to go house to house and ring the door bell. Anyways, it was a neat experience since in Idaho you have to run around doing trunk or treat before you freeze to death. Even though that can be a riot too.
Addi was tired, but we wanted grandma Rakay to see how great her costume turned out! So we stopped by the hospital!
So pretty! Don't you just love the costume! I think RaKay just did a awesome job! Hey, thanks Mel for the tiara that you bought Addison a while back! It came in so handy.
I don't know if you can see it but there's a little handle that Addison could hold onto so the fin didn't have to drag.
Well, hello Mike, I mean Carter. He looked so cute! Everyone in the neighborhood loved his outfit. It was so funny. Everywhere we walked people were like "hey, there's Mike." Carter has grown up so much over this past year. Last year he was in tears because he had to dress up. This year he could not wait to dress up. Addison was half and half at wanting to dress up. She wanted to dress up but then she was tired all at the same time. Fun times! I would not miss it for the world. I told Chad next year we're all going to dress up. That will be exciting!
Sorry I got all the pictures backwards of each other. Just ignore the mess up! Anyways here's the finished product. We decided to do just one pumpkin this year because pumpkin carving does not seem to interest the kids too much.
Carter helped draw up the face. Not too bad.
If you can see Addison's face she was not too happy this day!
Carter, I loved your costume as Mike from Monster's Inc. You looked great and our little ariel addison was so sweet. I loved your pumpkin you did a great job carving it.
